Assam Medical College was was established in 1947 and it is a priemer institute in Dibrugarh, Assam. It occupies a unique position in the history of North-East India. It was formerly known as Berry White Medical School, named after the great visionary of modern medical education in Assam.

Admission Procedure :
The eligibilty for undergraduate courses is 10+2 pass and for post graduate courses the elibility is graduation. The admission to most of these courses is done through various entrance tests at different levels and for rest of the courses the admission is done directly.
