Saveetha Medical College was established in the year 1988 and is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R.Medical University, Chennai. The college focuses with steadfast dedication to educate the future generation of health care professionals. The college is located at the outskirts of Chennai in a picturesque campus opposite to the Chembabrambakkam lake on the industrial corridor connecting Chennai and Bangalore.

B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology)
Eligibility:
(a) The candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or should complete this age on 31st December of the year of admission;
(b) He/She should have passed 12th standard or higher secondary examination or two years intermediate or equivalent courses thereof.
(C) The candidate should be medically fit.
Course Duration:
The duration of the course is four years comprising of three years of study and one year of internship.
Admission Procedure:
The admission for B.Sc Medical Lab Technology course is based on Merit depending upon the marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination. And an interview
