Eligibility & Rules for Admission:-
* Admission through common entrance test (PAHUT) by VYAPAM held at state level after 12th standard with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.
* The applicant should not be less than 17 years of age on or before 31st December.
* Candidates expelled from any other college or who are known to have involved in acts of crime and gross indiscipline will not be eligible for admission.
* Admission is granted to the candidates on their own risks and responsibility as per details furnished by them. If any time, it is noticed that admission has been obtained by any candidate by giving fake information or by concealing facts or over sight, the admission granted will be cancelled and the candidate shall be asked to leave the College.

B.Sc. (Nursing)
Eligibility
- Unmarried female, and divorcee ladies / male candidates will be eligible for the B.Sc. Nursing course. The selection of the candidates will be made on written test as well as interview by selection committee of Nursing College as per norms laid down by Nursing council of India as well as Jiwaji University Gwalior, M.P.
- The minimum educational requirement shall be higher secondary (10+2) / Pre-university with 50% of marks in P.C.B.E group.
- The minimum age shall be 17 yrs completed on or before 1st July of year of admission with higher age limit is ordinarily 24 years.
- No candidate shall be admitted to the said course unless she / he has applied to the Principal of Sophia Nursing College, Gwalior on the prescribed form.
- Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test as well as the marks obtained in 10+2.
- The decision of the Selection Committee will be final.
