Tilak Maharashtra University (TMU) was established in 1921 and is one of the pioneer institute in Pune. Since then, the Vidyapeeth as a whole has transformed itself to face the challenges put forth by the fast changing world.
The department of Distance Education has taken a great leap ahead with the launch of several programmes. This also marked the beginning of the growth of the Vidyapeeth within the State by means of establishing study center network.

Age:- Minimum age for admision shall be 17 years on or before 31st Dec. of the year of admission

Duration:- Two to Six Years from the date of Registration
Eligibility:- Ayurveda Parangat or M.D.(Ayu.) or degree\diploma in Ayu. recognized by C.C.I.M. with 5 years full-time teaching experience or degree\diploma in Ayu. recognized by C.C.I.M. with 10 years ecperience of medical practice
Fees:- Rs. 5000/- per year
