Vardhman Mahavir Medical College was established in 2001 and is one of the pioneer college in Delhi. The college has recognition by the Medical Council of India. The college is affiliated to Guru Govind Singh I P University, Delhi. From 2008 onwards the post graduate courses are also affiliated to GGSIP University which were with Delhi University till now.

NUMBER OF SEATS
One hundred and twenty (120) seats will be available from 2008 for admission to the graduate medical course of the college, leading to the award of the degree of MBBS of Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University. A CET is conducted by GGSIP University for admissions.
DURATION OF THE COURSE
The course of studies leading to the award of degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) is 4 ½ years followed by one year compulsory rotatory Internship. There are 9 semesters
