JSS Dental College & Hospital was established in 1986 and is recognized by both the Dental Council of India and the Government of India. The College is affiliated to the Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara University.
The college is located in a JSS Medical Institutions Campus spread across over 38 acres. 5 acres of the total land is exclusively demarcated for the Dental College.

Candidates with pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board in science stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together along with 50% marks in English are eligible.
Post Graduate:
The candidates are required to pass Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized University with not less than 50% marks.
