The Bharati University College of medical in Pune was founded in 1989 to provide quality education and advancement to students. The college was first attached to the University of Pune, but a few years later, in 1996, the university awarded it the status of Deemed University.

- Based on the NEET-UG / PG score, a list of NEET UG / PG quality will be created. According to the category, NEET UG / PG counseling is done by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) for 50% of the all India quota reserved for all government medical and dental colleges in India.
- The remaining 50% of the seats in the state quota will be filled by the competent authorities of the respective states through general counseling.
